Regulation

Beresford Crump LLP ("the Firm") is regulated by the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg).  Details of the professional rules by which the Firm is bound can be found on IPReg's website.

As European Patent Attorneys, the Firm is regulated by the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI).  Details of their professional rules can be found on the EPI's website, which references a collection of decisions including all the regulations concerning the Institute and its members.  The EPI Code of Conduct is in Section 4.2 of the referenced document.

Complaints

Complaints that relate to the Firm's standard of service can be made to the Members.  We have a complaints handling policy and a procedure to handle complaints when they arise, which are available upon application.  Clients dissatisfied with the way in which the Firm deals with complaints have further options:
